ChamberForge, Inc. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

By opting in to or using ChamberForge SMS messages, you accept these SMS Terms & Conditions.

This agreement is between you and ChamberForge or one of its affiliates. All references to "ChamberForge," "we," "our," or "us" refer to ChamberForge, Inc.

SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

ChamberForge SMS messages are used only for transactional account security purposes, including account verification, one-time passwords, login security, and password reset verification codes.

ChamberForge does not use this SMS program to send marketing messages, promotional messages, connection invitations, group invitations, referral invitations, or other non-security messages.

OPTING IN

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more SMS messages from ChamberForge.

You opt in when you provide your mobile phone number in ChamberForge and proceed with phone verification, account verification, login security, or password reset functionality after being shown the SMS disclosure.

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

MESSAGE TYPES

Message types may include verification codes, one-time passwords, login security codes, and password reset verification codes.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your requests for verification, login, or password reset codes.

COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES

ChamberForge does not charge you for SMS messages sent through this program. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message from ChamberForge. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out.

If you opt out, you may be unable to receive SMS-based verification, login, or password reset codes.

For help, reply HELP to any SMS message from ChamberForge or contact us at support@chamberforge.com.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through this SMS program only to transmit account verification, one-time password, login security, and password reset messages and to support those messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This SMS privacy section applies to your use of the SMS program and does not replace our general Privacy Policy.

CARRIER LIABILITY

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
