Attendance Report

Is anyone else seeing issue wtih attenance reports? I pull a yearly attendance report and for those who have been with the group all year I expect the number of meetings (present, Sub, Excused, late, and absent) should add up to be the same for all of them. Also % calculations may be off. I am having a hard time reconsiling this. Let me know what you see.

I am not sure if this helps, though I was having a tough time with them matching up as well. Then I learned that there are 2 kinds of meetings. "Recurring" meeting and "Onetime" type meetings. The difference is that the "Onetime" meetings did not count as "attendance" based meetings, meaning that we used these for events that were NOT "mandatory" for any attendance guidelines. So you might check to see if some of your meetings were listed as "recurring" and thus attendance SHOULD have been taken, OR the lack of taking attendance will show an absence for those people (in this case everyone), and thus the numbers might be off. Thanks - Garrison I think all my meeting are recurring now but I will check.
