Referral, 1-to-1, guest changes coming to ChamberForge
Happy New Year!I wanted to make a quick announcement on some of the changes coming to ChamberForge in the first quarter of 2024. These will impact all the groups and how member activities are reported so please read carefully.
1-to-1 tracking
- Up until now, groups had two options when members report 1-to-1: double counting (both members have to report) and single counting (only one member can report). This will change to single counting for all groups. This eliminates 2nd member having to report
Referral
- Lead name will be required. Up until now, when sending a referral, all the lead fields have been optional. Moving forward, the lead name will be required.
Old contacts in mobile app
- We've received numerous emails from users letting us know that they are seeing former members in the mobile apps. We are adding filters to filter out former members so that they are no longer shown on the screen.
Track activities with guests
- We are working on adding ability to report 1-to-1s and referrals with guests.
